How it Works

 

 

It's quite simple:

1. Film a video of yourself (no longer than 5 minutes)

2. Create an account with us and upload your video to your account

3. The video will be sent to one of our counsellors

4.  Within 48 hours you will have a response video from one our experts

Our goal is to respond within 1-2 hours, but as a small business in the early stages of growth, a 48-hour response time is more realistic.

Our website is PIPEDA compliant and videos are stored securely and privately.  Canadian certified professional counsellors respond to the videos and no one else views them. Five Minute Mental Health is insured as an on-line clinic and counsellors also are insured privately.

Clients before actually uploading their videos have to sign a disclosure form which explains the scope of practice also.
